“So sad to hear the news about Shadow Lounge closing. I’ve only been DJing there a short time but it’s been a very happy time, and it has been one of my favourite gigs.”

Customers, staff members and other DJs have paid tribute to the bar over Facebook and Twitter.

The Shadow Lounge joins a large number of LGBT venues that have  recently closed around London.
