Andy Cohen tests positive for coronavirus

The 'Watch What Happens Live' host revealed the news on social media on Friday (20 March).

Andy Cohen has revealed he has tested postive for coronavirus.

The US presenter and talk show host, 51, announced the news on social media on Friday (20 March), saying he was focusing “on getting better”.

Sharing picture of himself on Instagram, the father of one write: “After a few days of self-quarantine and not feeling great, I have tested positive for coronavirus.”

The former Attitude Awards host confirmed his that his chat show Watch What Happens Live has been put on hold in the wake of the news.

“As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better”, Cohen wrote.

He added: “I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.”
