Boxer Amir Khan has come under fire for misgendering Caitlyn Jenner in a Snapchat post.

The former I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here contestant has been accused of transphobia after sharing a photo of himself and Jenner on the social platform as they attended the ESPY awards in Los Angeles this week.

A Twitter user spotted Khan’s caption, which referred to Caitlyn as Bruce, and criticised the boxer.

Their tweet read: “Amir Khan is not funny for calling Caitlyn Jenner Bruce he demonstrates what a transphobic c**t he is.”

Khan, 31, also shared a video of himself high-fiving Caitlyn on Instagram and correctly tagging her Instagram handle @caitlynjenner.

The caption read: “High five on a deal with @caitlynjenner the girl next to her didn’t seem too happy about the deal”.

Amir Khan has yet to respond to the accusations.
