Equinox, the high performance fitness and lifestyle leader, has announced an exclusive partnership with Wilderness Reserve, to deliver a bespoke ‘Mind and Body’ three-night retreat from September 25-28 at luxury Georgian manor, Sibton Park.

Twelve-bedroom Sibton Park – Wilderness Reserve’s largest property – is a Grade II* listed Georgian ‘Gentleman’s Residence’ and one of East Anglia’s hidden architectural gems. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of landscaped park and pleasure grounds, the manor will host the Equinox Wilderness Retreat, inviting guests to enjoy exclusive Equinox programming including yoga, high-intensity interval training and one-on-one personal training, plus spa treatments from Equinox’s expert team. Guests are also invited to enjoy meals prepared by luxury restaurant Pavilion’s award-winning Head Chef, Adam Simmonds.

Upon arrival, guests will practice a restorative yoga session and RX Series to start the process of unwinding. Throughout the retreat, world-renowned Equinox instructors will lead attendees through award-winning signature programmes including Whipped, Tabata and MetCon3 on the stunning terrace overlooking the lake and running sessions through the grounds. The team will include John Shehan, FitPro’s fitness professional of the year 2014 and Alex Lawson, world kickboxing champion.

Retreat-goers are invited to explore the Wilderness Reserve with opportunities to relax by the pool, play tennis, attend a private film screening and order afternoon tea. Guests have the opportunity to arrive by helicopter, and for for those wanting to learn more about their surroundings, onsite specialists offer acfascinating insight into the reserve’s wildlife including a celebrated birdsong tour with ecologist Steve Piotrowski and a ‘Moth Breakfast’ where guests can learn about the hundreds of species of multicoloured moths that inhabit the estate. Guests can also indulge in the UK’s best cold pressed juices, by Plenish.
