Zac Efron and The Rock rubber-up on Baywatch set

Zac Efron has tweeted photos from the set of his new film Baywatch, which show him in a predictable, but nevertheless very welcome state of undress.

The film, set to be released next year, is an action comedy film based on the iconic TV show which first hit screens with David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson in 1989.

He also shared this image of himself and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in a tire flipping race, writing, “Needless to say I lost this one – come at me on the 50 yard dash and we’ll see what happens.”

Johnson plays Mitch in the film, the character originally portrayed by The Hoff.

“Blood, sweat and respect. The first two you give, the last one you earn.” Learned that from @therock who I happened to get in a tire flipping race with on #Baywatch. Needless to say I lost this one – come at me on the 50 yard dash and we’ll see what happens, Sasquatch 😉
