Zac and Bear’s big shirtless adventure: Selected highlights

Zac Efron made a guest appearance on the first episode of Bear Grylls’ new US show, Running Wild with Bear Grylls, last night (July 29) – and the pair had a bit of adventure when they decided it would be fun to abseil down a waterfall.

With their tops off. Obviously.

By the way, during the course of the episode, Zac also gave Bear a quick kiss on the forehead goodnight. Someone was kind enough to make a gif.
