Remember X Factor’s Ray Quinn?
The baby-faced singer finished runner-up to Leona Lewis on the ITV singing competition’s third series back in 2006 before releasing an album and hitting the panto circuit, but while we’ve previously posted about the incredible physical transformation he’s undergone since, we thought it was definitely worth another update in light of recent Instagram events.
The 27-year-old, who also won Dancing on Ice’s All-Stars series last year, has left fans’ mouths agape with his most recent selfies from the gym, which have left him not only look unrecognisable, but like he could crush us with one hand.
