Watch Team GB’s Louis Smith put on a special morning display

By Fabio Crispim

The Olympic Games are just months away now and former Attitude cover star Louis Smith has decided to share a rather special wake-up routine to celebrate the launch of the new Kellogg’s #GreatStarts campaign where the public can win tickets to the Rio Olympics.

The video shows Smith getting out of bed; you can see his room is appropriately decorated with a guide book and map of Rio as well as his Dancing With The Stars costume. After some splits and rolls, Smith heads downstairs by walking on his hands and somersaults and rolls around his living room before finishing the routine with the splits and a bowl of Kellogg’s cereal.

“Competing at the Olympic Games takes a lot of preparation and having a positive wake up routine has really helped me to reach peak performance over the years and reach my full potential, says Smith.

“It’s an amazing feeling to have Great Britain’s support this summer and now I can’t wait to get out there and compete with Team GB and help us get off to a great start in Rio.”

The campaign urges people to share their wake-up routines by using #GreatStart which will enter them into a competition to win tickets to Rio’s Olympic Games.

The Rio 2016 opening ceremony is on August 5 and we certainly can’t wait to see the ‘display’ Louis puts on there. Check out some of the highlights from the campaign below:
