champion Nyle DiMarco wants to teach you American Sign Language.

DiMarco revealed that he will be teaching mini ASL lessons in weekly videos on Instagram and it seems he might be doing them shirtless.

In a video on his Instagram, DiMarco said:

“I’ve decided to make ASL more mainstream! How?.. I will teach ASL here bi-weekly on Wednesday.”

“Why Wednesday?” He adds, “Because it’s ‘hump’ Wednesday.”

He then asks fans to post comments on Instagram or Twitter about signs they want to learn but he has one rule:

“Be clean.”
