Watch | What happens when guys find out they’re starring in a gay rapper’s video?

Despite US hip-hop star Wale’s recent comments that being gay would actually be an advantage for a rising star in the industry, it’s no secret that the hyper-macho world of rap and hip-hop remains a fairly considerable bastion of homophobia.

In a new YouTube video, US comedian Ben Bizuneh decided to conduct a social experiment to see how a group of hip-hop fans react to finding out that they’re actually starring in a gay rapper’s video.

Disguised a rising hip-hop star called Boss Quoss filming the video for his debut single ‘Stroking’, Bizuneh soon begins kissing one of the extras, who’s also in on the experiment. It’s an eye-opening encounter, and you can see what happens below…
