The first trailer for Clint Eastwood’s big screen version of Jersey Boys has been released. Watch it below.
The film, the first musical Eastwood has directed, is an adaptation of the hit Broadway/West End show of the same name, which is based on the rise to fame of ’60s band The Four Seasons.
The film stars John Lloyd Young, who won a Tony for his Broadway role as lead singer Frankie Valli, as well as Erich Bergen, Michael Lomenda and Vincent Piazza. Oscar winner Christopher Walken appears in a supporting role as a mobster.
The trailer features the Four Seasons hits Rag Doll, I Can’t Give You Anything But Love, Sherrie, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and Who Loves You.
Jersey Boys opens in UK cinemas on June 20. Meanwhile, the stage version is currently playing at London’s Piccadilly Theatre.
