Watch the first trailer for E4’s ‘Banana’

By Will Stroude

The first official trailer for E4’s Banana has been released, and you can take a look at what’s in store below.

Banana serves as a sister show to Channel 4’s Cucumber, which revolves around the lives of a group of gay men in Manchester, and is written by Queer as Folk’s Russell T Davies.

The new issue of Attitude hit shops yesterday (January 7), featuring the cast of both Cucumber and Banana. Inside, the cast tease what we can expect from characters such as young heartbreaker Freddie Baxter, who’s apparently been “hard-wired to f**k” – click here to find out more.

Yesterday we shared an exclusive behind the scenes video of the rather dashing lads’ shoot – click her to watch it in full.

Meanwhile, the first official trailer for Banana’s big sister show Cucumber was also recently released – take a look here.

Cucumber starts Thursday January 22 on Channel 4 at 9pm, followed by Banana on E4 at 10pm and Tofu on 4OD.

The new issue of Attitude is available to download to your mobile, iPad or tablet device now atPocketmags.com/Attitude, and will be out in shops from next Wednesday (January 7).

You can also have it delivered directly to your door at newsstand.co.uk.
