Watch first teaser trailers for ‘Broadchurch’ series 2

The first teaser trailers for Broadchurch‘s second series debuted on ITV last night (November 9).
The short teasers – which used the tagline “The end is where it begins” – featured glimpses of the Broadchurch coastline, as well as snippets of Ólafur Arnalds’ haunting score.
David Tennant and Olivia Colman will reprise the roles of detectives Alec Hardy and Ellie Miller for the new episodes, which will also star newcomers Meera Syal, Eve Myles and James D’Arcy.
ITV has endeavoured to keep details about the plot of the new series under wraps ahead of its premiere. The show is expected to return in early 2015.
The first series of Broadchurch was a ratings success for ITV, and scooped three BAFTA Television Awards (Best Drama, Best Actress for Olivia Colman, and Best Supporting Actor for David Bradley) earlier this year.
