Taylor Swift threatens artist with legal action over his memorial painting

By Fabio Crispim

This week’s been tough for Taylor Swift.

Calvin Harris accused Swift of trying to “bury him like Katy” during a public Twitter rant and soon after Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat on Monday (July 18) to reveal what she claims is “the truth” about the ongoing Kanye West and Taylor Swift feud.

Now however, Swift is threatening a street artist from Melbourne for painting a brutal memorial of Swift’s career.

The memorial reads, “In loving memory of Taylor Smith” in order to avoid a lawsuit.

The Australian artist took to Instagram to announce that Swift’s team had contacted him over the painting.

He shared a photo that reads, “Taylor Smith’s attorney has emailed me with a threat of legal action if I do not remove my wall relating to her.”

According to Digital Spy however, someone already changed the memorial. In the new painting, Taylor Swift’s face resembles an angry Spongebob and it now states, “In loving memory of Harambe”.

WHO DID THIS?!?!
