Taylor Swift: ‘I’m straight-up enemies’ with fellow popstar’
By Sam Rigby

Taylor Swift has revealed that she has a very strained relationship with one of her fellow female popstars.
The Shake It Off singer did not name the artist, but said that they are “straight-up enemies” following an incident that took place last year.
Speaking to Rolling Stone, she said: “For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not. She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, ‘Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'”
The 25-year-old claimed that the popstar “tried to sabotage” her recent arena tour.
“She did something so horrible. I was like, ‘Oh, we’re just straight-up enemies’. And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business.
“She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it,” Swift said.
Swift’s comments have led to speculation online about who she could be referring to, with many pop fans suggesting it could be Miley Cyrus or Katy Perry.
Perry posted a tweet earlier today that some have interpreted as a response to the story. Read her message below:

Taylor Swift will release her new album 1989 on October 27. A song from the album, Bad Blood, was inspired by the strained relationship between Swift and her unnamed pop rival.
