Sink The Pink team up with Selfridges for a “twisted” Christmas panto this winter

By Josh Lee

London’s very own genderfucked army, Sink The Pink, have announced a brand new pantomime just in time for the festive season. But if you were thinking about bringing little ones along for the ride, think again. Sink The Pink: Down The Rabbit Hole is strictly for grownups.

Sink The Pink run one of east London’s most popular quarterly club nights at the Troxy, and have spread their brand of glittered debauchery all the way to Glastonbury, Bestival and even Ibiza. But this announcement marks their first foray into the world of pantomime.

According to the troupe, Down The Rabbit Hole “tells the tale of a rabbit family embroiled in a fight for survival against the greed of a land and property owner, Fat Cat, keen to get luxury flats popping up all around the enchanted forest. Fat Cat is, of course, a symbolic character representing the state of the property market today – especially in London.”

Written and directed Ginger Johnson, Down The Rabbit Hole is the troupe’s first foray into the world of pantomime, and will be performed at the Selfridges Theatre, a fully-fledged space built on the lower-ground floor of the Bond Street store.

Down The Rabbit Hole runs from November 9 to December 9 and stars Ginger Johnson, Jayde Adams, Jonbenet Blonde, Maxi More, Rodent Decay and Shay Shay.

Tickets cost £15. To book, click here.
