Robyn reveals she’ll release a new album this year
The 'Dancing On My Own' singer hasn't released a solo record in eight years.
The news we never though would come has finally arrived: The world is getting a new Robyn album.
It’s been almost ten years since the Swedish queen of heartbreak disco last released a solo album, but it seems like new music is just around the corner.
The 38-year-old singer revealed that new material is on the way after a fan asked her on Twitter: “Who decides your next album release date”.
Robyn replied by writing: “I do. Sometime this year honey.”

The singer’s last album Body Talk was released in 2010, however, she debuted a new song called ‘Honey’ on an episode of HBO’s Girls last year and has released several collaborative projects including ‘Do It Again’ with Röyksopp in 2014.
