New music could be on the way from Kylie Minogue
The New Year is certainly under way and it looks as if Kylie Minogue is back at work in the studio.
The pop star posted a picture to her Instagram account of a microphone in her new office.
She simply captioned it: “So, yeah….. this is happening.” And we think she means studio album number 14!
Minogue has been dropping hints left, right and centre about new music. Back in December, the Can’t Get You Out of My Head singer told Gay Times: ““I have started work on new material. I’m so keen to get what’s in my brain out; new music is constantly on my mind.
Kylie, 48 added: “In 2017, I’d like to make a new pop album and even think about touring again.
I don’t keep track of it, but recently it was the 12th anniversary of Slow. I think back to songs like that and I go, ‘Yeah, I’d like to do that again’.”
Kylie was recently joined on stage by Years & Years singer Olly Alexander at her A Kylie Christmas Show, singing a duet of Better The Devil You Know.
We can’t wait to see what Kylie has been working on, and if it’s anything like this, we’ll be ecstatic:
