The sixth season of the hit series Elité has got its first teaser which sees the cast, including Manu Rios and André Lamoglia, scantily lit, in a rain shower and kissing passionately.

Appearing first lit by an old screen projector the two underwear-clad men, who play Patrick and Iván respectively kiss while the phrases “cuánto me odias” (roughly – “how much do you hate me”) appears behind them. A subtitle also reads, “How turned on are you?” which seems to be whispered by André.

Patrick can also be seen appearing to leave the numbers “411” on Iván’s neck. “411” is an expression referencing information or the truth.

Both tidbits seem to hint at what is to come for the pair in the sixth season of the show. The two spent much of season five exploring a sexually tense friendship that ultimately results in some passionate sex scenes and them eventually getting together.

The “411” could be seen as a reference to Iván’s identity and sexuality, which he seemed to struggle with last season as well as his attraction to Patrick.

The phrases “how much do you hate me” and “how turned on are you?” could reference the pair’s journey from last season and also hint that things may not be so straight forward for them this time either.

Other members of the cast can also be seen in the teaser including Carla Díaz, Valentina Zenere, Martina Cariddi, and Adam Nourou.

Previously Netflix has announced that Carmen Arrufat Blasco, Ana Bokesa, Álvaro de Juana, Alex Pastrana, and Ander Puig will be joining the cast. Puig joins as Elité‘s first trans main cast member.

A synopsis for season six reads: “After Samuel’s death, Las Encinas faces a new school year trying to have a facelift by covering up disasters of the past.

“However, the conflict in its classrooms is systemic: racism, sexism, domestic abuse, or LGTBI-phobia are just a few of the difficult issues that will run through the hallways of the prestigious institution this season.

“If those who run the system do not actively take action to address these issues, it will have to be the students themselves who do so.”

Elité season six will premiere on Netflix on 18 November.

The Attitude September/October issue is out now.
