Madonna fires back at D&G: ‘Think before you speak!’

By Josh Haggis

Madonna has fired back at Dolce & Gabbana’s recent comments about children born via IVF.

The legendary designers have been at the centre of intense media scrutiny following comments in an Italian magazine where they strongly spoke out against same-sex parents, arguing that “the only family is the traditional one” and suggesting that babies born via IVF treatment are “synthetic children”.

The Queen of Pop has joined the long list of celebrities who have spoken out against the duo in the wake of their comments, telling fans in an instagram post that the designers should “think before they speak” because “there is nothing synthetic” about a child’s soul.

“All babies contain a soul however they come to this earth and their families. There is nothing synthetic about a soul!! So how can we dismiss IVF and surrogacy? Every soul comes to us to teach us a lesson. God has his hand in everything even technology! We are arrogant to think Man does anything on his own. As above so below! Think before you speak. #livingforlove.”
