Amelia Lily has unveiled her new single California. Give it a listen below.

The potential summer smash is the singer’s first release on new label Warners, after she parted ways with former label Sony earlier this year.

“Life has never been so exciting – I’ve been busy in the studio writing and recording songs for my upcoming debut album, and California is where we start,” the 19-year-old said in a press release.

“I’m so proud to be releasing this music; I have put my heart and soul into writing them,” she added. “Expect a few surprises along the way though – it’s going to be fun!”

Amelia Lily finished third on The X Factor in 2011 and reached number two on the UK’s Official Singles Chart in 2012 with her debut single You Bring Me Joy. She then scored two more Top 40 hits in early 2013, Shut Up (and Give Me Whatever You Got) and Party Over.

California, her first single since then, will be released in the UK on August 25.
