John Galea dedicates uplifting new ‘Hero Within You’ video to NHS staff – WATCH
The singer-songwriter has teamed up with opera singer Hannah Long for a soaring new duet.

Singer-songwriter John Galea has dedicated the video for new track ‘Hero Within You’ to NHS staff currently dealing with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The award-winning musician, who released his last EP, Christmas Round the Piano, in 2018, has teamed up with opera singer Hannah Long for the uplifting new single.
The newly-released video sees John and Hannah performing ‘Hero With You’ in the stunning surrounds of London’s Fitzrovia Chapel, and John tells Attitude that the visual is dedicated to the NHS staff currently keeping the country safe and healthy.
“I wanted to write a track that gave people hope and light in 2018 and now”, the bisexual singer says.
“I hope it can do the same with anyone who needs some hope whilst isolated under the circumstances.”
John, who regularly performs at Pride festivals across the UK, adds that he fully supports the postponement of Pride events in the wake of the crisis.
“Staying in really does safe lives so I’m all for anything we can however small to make a difference,” he says.
