Jesy Nelson has signed with new management, three months after she quit Little Mix.

The singer has inked a deal with talent management company YMU, reports Music Week.

Take That, Ant & Dec and Fearne Cotton are just some of the stars repped by YMU.

“Can’t wait”

Former Attitude cover star Jesy commented: “I am so excited to join YMU and can’t wait to start my next chapter.”

Mary Bekhait, group CEO of YMU, meanwhile said: “Jesy has enjoyed incredible success as a recording artist and performer and is well placed to further her remarkable career.

“She is a hugely talented, versatile and authentic artist with a strong creative vision, and we are looking forward to helping her realise that.”

Little Mix – now comprised of just Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – originally formed on The X Factor in 2011.

The girls went on to score massive hits with the likes of ‘Sweet Melody’, ‘Black Magic’, ‘Shout Out To My Ex’ and ‘Woman Like Me.’

In her statement last December announcing her departure from the group, Jesy said: “The past nine years in Little Mix has been then most incredible time of my life.

“We have achieved things I never thought possible. I can’t thank you all enough from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

“The truth is recently being in the band has really taken a toll on my mental health. I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard.

“There comes a time in life when we need to reinvest in taking care of ourselves rather than focussing on making other people happy, and I feel like now is the time to begin that process.

“So after much consideration and with a heavy heart, I’m announcing I’m leaving Little Mix.”
