‘Glee’ to introduce gay football stud in final season

will introducing a gay “football stud” during its final season.
Fox’s musical series will return for a 13-episode sixth season in early 2015, with five new characters joining the cast in total.
Spencer is described as a “post-Glee gay”, who will kick people’s asses if they tease him about his sexuality.
Meanwhile, new character Roderick is described as Glee‘s new underdog, with a voice that isn’t too dissimilar to Otis Redding.
Twins Mason and Madison will feature as part of the McKinley High’s Cheerios, while new girl Jane will also join the New Directions. All the new characters are sophomore students at McKinley high, and will feature heavily in the 13-episode run, TVLine reports.
Casting announcements for the new roles are likely to be made in the coming weeks.
