By Josh Lee

Finding Prince Charming’s

leading man has spoken out about his past as an escort while he was at college.

The show, which pits 13 bachelors against one another as they battle for the affections of one man, kicks off in just a few days time. Ahead of the show’s premiere, host Lance Bass caught up with Prince Charming himself to talk about some of the rumours surrounding his past.

Designer and philanthropist Robert Sepulveda confirmed that rumours of his escorting past were true, but insisted that he wants to known for his achievements since. He told the Huffington Post: “The past is the past. I was young and it helped through college.

“But what I want people to focus on is who I am today as an entrepreneur, as an activist. I started a non-profit and, you know, focusing on the show. That’s really what I want people to focus on.”

Sepulveda then went on to say: “The show allowed me as well to close a lot of chapters in my life that I felt a lot of guilt around, a lot of shame and a lot of things I thought I couldn’t share and express.”
