Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist and cabaret and drag performer Danny Beard is giving us a deliciously wicked performance as Ursula from The Little Mermaid.

Taking on one of the greatest Disney villain songs, ‘Poor Unfortunate Souls’, Danny serves a delectable performance for Superdrag Lip-sync, sponsored by Superdrug.

Replacing words like “witch” with “b*tch” and “Yes, I do” with “Yass, boo boo” this standard of the Disney songbook is given a fabulous queer makeover.

Danny also takes time to point out the “mixed messages” children can get from Disney films, such as The Little Mermaid’s plot revolving around a girl wanting to trade part of herself to get a guy.

“Halle-f***ing-lujah” sings Danny. That’s definitely not in the film or stage musical.

And Danny looks every bit the ideal queer villain with heir knee-high boots, red nails glittering like daggers at the ends of her fingers. And of course, the face is painted for the gods. Or perhaps, the devils…

In the series, Danny is joined by Drag Race UK season three sisters Scarlett Harlett, River Medway, and Charity Kase.

RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs the World and Drag Race Thailand‘s very own Pangina Heals is also taking part serving a flawless lip sync to the rousing anthem, ‘This Is Me’.

Superdrag Lip-sync, sponsored by Superdrug, is part of Attitude Pride at Home, which runs from 9-19 June at attitude.co.uk, youtube.com/attitudemag and on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@attitudemag).
