Clean Bandit’s Neil Milan ‘bored and appalled’ by Olly Murs gay claim

By Ben Kelly

Clean Bandit star Neil Milan has delivered another withering Twitter put down, this time directed at Olly Murs.

Yesterday (March 16), Olly raised eyebrows when in a new interview he claimed to be “20% gay,” partly in jest – referencing similar comments made by Sacha Baron Cohen last month.

Afterwards, Neil tweeted that he was both “bored & appalled” by Olly’s comment, adding: “pls fast-forward 2 ur musical theatre career.”

It’s not all bad news though, he followed it up by saying he quite liked Olly’s Top 5 hit single ‘Wrapped Up’.

Olly is not the first person to get on the wrong side of Olly Alexander’s ex-boyfriend, who recently called Sam Smith out for having a “flaccid song” after Oscars victory in February, and took The Sun’s Dan Wooton to task over his treatment of George Shelley’s coming out.
