Courtney Act is expected to win Celebrity Big Brother, according to new odds.

The reality TV show’s final airs tonight (February 2) and it looks like there’ll be a close tie between the Australian drag queen and former conservative politician Ann Widdecombe.

New odds from William Hill ahead of the final have predicted that Act, real name Shane Jenek, will win against Widdecombe with odds at 1/2. Meanwhile, Ann sits at a close second with odds 2/1.

William Hill spokesperson Ruper Adams told the Huffington Post that other finalists Wayne Sleep, Shane Lynch and Jess Impiazzi are “simply out of it”.

He said: “Ann has been a revelation, if she win then it will be one of the biggest surprises in two decades of reality TV. But the odds suggest she will fall short and Courtney is the probable winner.”

If Ann does win in an unexpected turn of events, she would make history for being the first reality TV star to win after starting out with zero odds.

The two finalists frequently clashed over the course of the show due to Ann’s homophobic views.
