Brad Pitt is an ageless god in smouldering new shoot for V Magazine

Excuse us while we drool all over these yummy photos of Brad Pitt channeling Robert Redford’s ‘70s charm on the double cover of V Magazine’s winter issue.
Ditching his long ‘do and salt n’ pepper scruff for a clean-shaven, blonde-haired look reminiscent of his ‘90s heartthrob reign (think Thelma & Louise), Pitt was photographed by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
The cover feature promotes Pitt’s new drama film, By the Sea, which happens to be written and directed by his superwoman of a wife, Angelina Jolie. She also stars alongside him for the first time since 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith – the film which infamously brought the Hollywood power couple together.
On working with Jolie in By the Sea, Pitt told V Magazine: “It’s surprising how much I enjoy the direction of my wife. She’s decisive, incredibly intuitive, knife-sharp, and might I say, sexy at her post. I trust her with my life.”
