Beyoncé teases fans with cryptic ‘Lemonade’ video

By Rhys Matthews

Beyoncé and HBO have released simultaneous trailers for a ‘world premiere event” called Lemonade.

They both posted rather cryptic videos on their Instagram accounts which were 20-seconds long showing Beyoncé in a fur coat, leaning against a car with the words “What am I gonna do love, what am I gonna do” playing over the video.

Then, on Sunday, the singer and cable network posted a longer teaser for the event. This time longer and showing Beyoncé in various locations.

In this one, we hear her saying “The past and the present merge to meet us here. Why can’t you see me? You’re the love of my life. Pull me in.”

The singer has been posting lemon-themed Instagram photos since September.

There have been rumours around “Project Lemonade” for months, with some saying it is going to be an album film.

We’ll find out soon though, as each video ends with “Next Saturday 9ET/6PT”.
