Beyoncé nails X-Men outfit for Ciara’s superhero birthday

Proving that she won’t do anything half-arsed even when it comes to fancy dress, Beyoncé stole the show at Ciara’s 30th birthday this weekend (October 24) in an incredible X-Men get-up.
The musical superstar was on-point as she dressed as X-Men’s Storm for the superhero-themed bash, which saw Ciara dress as another comic character played by Halle Berry: Catwoman.

“I met Beyoncé tonight and she couldn’t have been more sweet. And shares my love of costumes,” comedian Jeff Dye wrote as he shared a picture of himself at the bash with the Single Ladies singer, who’ll no doubt be inspiring copycat costumes everywhere ahead of Halloween this weekend.
Her former bandmate Kelly Rowland also shared some pictures from the party with fellow guests including actress Lily Collins and world number one tennis ace Serena Williams. As you can see, Bey wasn’t going to break character for nobody.

The party was held at the Warner Brothers lot in Burbank, California, where filming is currently underway for Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. It was secretly organised by Ciara’s other half Russell Wilson, who surpirsed the Goodies singer with her costume and a ride in the Batmobile just minutes before arriving.
