Andrea Faustini remains the bookies’ favourite to win this year’s X Factor, according to the latest odds.
William Hill has Mel B’s bearded Italian belter at 13-8 today (November 2) – up from 2/1 when he performed Beyonce’s Listen during ‘Movie Week’ last Saturday (October 25).
Close behind Faustini at 3/1 is Cheryl Cole’s 17-year-old Lauren Platt, who impressed with her rendition of Katy Perry’s Dark Horse during the ‘Fright Night’ show yesterday (November 1).
“Andrea is still the man the beat but Lauren is gaining ground and could even be the favourite by next weekend,” said a spokesperson for William Hill.
Simon Cowell’s Fleur East is currently third favourite to win with odds of 11/2, while another of Cowell’s contestants, Ben Haenow, isn’t far behind at 8/1.
Louis Walsh’s Stereo Kicks and Only The Young are at 16/1 and 33/1 respectively, while Cole’s other remaining act, Lola Saunders, is at 25/1.
Mel B’s Paul Akister is at 16/1, while Simon Cowell’s Stevi Ritchie and Jay James sit at 50/1 and 12/1 respectively.
