Top Sporting Achievement: Winning Silver at the 2012 Olympic Games, surely.

Better Half: He’s currently dating former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy Mecklenburgh.

Best Attribute: His torso! Louis is snatched in all the right places giving you just the right amount of abs, obliques and pecs.

Sporting Quote: When asked about how he fancies his chances at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, Louis states “I believe I have just as much potential as I did in 2008 and 2012.”

Special Weapon: Louis’ special weapon is his upper body strength. He is also great at swinging his hips! This special skill lead him all the way to victory on Strictly Come Dancing back in December 2012.

Style: Louis’ style could be described as street smart. Often donning skinny jeans with a trendy tee or cable jumper or he can be seen looking dapper in an ultra-skinny fit evening suit.

Training Tip: In order to remain strong on the pommel horse Louis has to train up to six times a week. Most of his exercises tend to focus on using your own body weight. Louis explains that “The most useful way to be strong is to be able to move your own bodyweight.”

In The Game: Louis has three Olympic medals, making him Britain’s greatest ever Olympic Gymnast!
