Pet Shop Boys announce new UK tour dates
By Nick Levine

Pet Shop Boys have announced a new set of UK live dates for the summer.
Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe will continue their ‘Electric’ Tour with arena shows in Brighton, Birmingham, Cardiff and Blackpool in May and June.
The duo have already played two previous ‘Electric’ Tour shows in UK, in London and Manchester last June. The album Electric, produced by Stuart Price (Madonna, Kylie, Take That) came out the following July. The album has spawned singles including Vocal and Love Is a Bourgeois Construct.
Pet Shops have recently made Irish drag queen Panti Bliss’s powerful speech on homophobia into a dance track titled Oppressive (The Best Gay Possible) – listen to it here.
Tickets for all dates go on sale this Friday (March 14) priced at £33.50 each.
Pet Shop Boys will play:
May 29 – Brighton Centre
June 13 – Birmingham LG Arena
June 15 – Cardiff Motorpoint Arena
June 16 – Blackpool Empress Ballroom
