Paloma Faith: ‘I don’t know why radio won’t play my song’
By Josh Haggis
Paloma Faith has confessed that she’s confused why some major radio stations are refusing to play her new single Can’t Rely On You.
The quirky pop starlet told the Daily Star that it must “be personal”.
“Some of the main radio stations are not playing it. I have no idea why. I think it’s strange because it’s been produced by the biggest producers in the world.”
“I can only see it as personal. I don’t know why because I don’t know what I could’ve done.”
According to the midweeks, Paloma, 32, is looking at her second top ten hit, regardless of the lack of radio play.
“I’m quite refreshed because at least my fan-base is so strong. It’s in the Top 10 on iTunes without any radio stations playing it.”
Can’t Rely On You is out now, and her third studio album A Perfect Contradiction is out on Monday (March 3).
