Danny Cipriani takes on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge gym class at Gymbox

By Darren Mew

Danny Cipriani has taken part in a gruelling workout to launch the new series of Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge.

The return of the most physically enduring, toughest gameshow on television, now has an accompanying gym class.

To kick off the launch of the third season of Dave’s show Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge, Dave put Cipriani and some gymgoers to the extreme at the famous London Gymbox

The intense workout, at Gymbox, in London, had the rugby union star lifting weights, climbing a rope, flipping a giant tyre and taking part in tasks with names including the Arse Kicker and Drag Race!

Cipriani, 29,  said: “That was the most brutal workout I’ve ever taken part in — the “Pulveriser”, in particular. “If I could, I would definitely sign up to take part in the show.”

Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge airs on Dave on Fridays at 8pm and is hosted by pro wrestler, ‘Stone Cold’ aka Steve Austin.

The show will welcome eight elite athletes to battle it out in challenges until only one is left standing.
