Britney Spears and Lady Gaga to collaborate?

Britney Spears and Lady Gaga have hinted that they could be planning to work together after tweeting each other today (Jan 30).
Britney tweeted Gaga, saying: “Little birdy told me something cool today @Gaga, see you soon ;)”.
Gaga responded quickly with “This lil’ birdie?”
Britney recently kicked off her Las Vegas residency, which is scheduled to continue for the next two years. Some fans are speculating that Lady Gaga may be travelling to Vegas to watch Britney perform.
The pair have long been rumoured to be planning a collaboration. In 2008, Britney recorded the Gaga-penned track Quicksand for her comeback album Circus. The …Baby One More Time singer also recorded Gaga and Beyonce’s smash hit Telephone, but her version was never released commercially.
Both singers released albums last year – to relatively disappointing sales figures so far.
