Drag legend Jonny Woo passes judgement on the year’s best and worst Christmas gifts – WATCH

In partnership with Kiehl's Since 1851.

By Will Stroude

With less than a week to go until Christmas Day, we’re officially in present panic-buying mode. But there’s no need to fear, because drag legend Jonny Woo is passing judgement on the year’s best and worst Christmas gifts to help fill your loved-one’s stockings (and complete your own letter to Santa.

The east London has cast his smoky eye over the presents that are absolute Christmas crackers and the ones which are well, just a bit crackers, in a special Christmas edition of ‘Slay or Nay’ – or, more appropraitely, ‘Sleigh or Nay’.

Whether he’s unrapping the latest offering from the Red Hot boys – “gay boy calendar, this is” – or the best men’s skincare products from Kiehl’s Since 1851, Jonny channels his inner shopping channel goddess as he signals his approval or disapproval with a ‘Sleigh’ or a ‘Nay’.

As you might expect from a man who spends most of his days dragging up to the nines, skincare and grooming products rank high on Jonny’s Christmas must-have list.

“Every gay man of a certain age needs skincare – Kiehl’s skincare”, Jonny says as he unwraps a bottle of Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery and Botanical Cleansing Oil.

“Usually if I’m wearing a heavy amount of make-up this is also a good make-up remover.

“You rub it on, it gets off a little bit whilst looking after the skin. So if you are a heavy make-up wearer this is very good for you. If you just want to have beautiful skin, also very good for you.

“But this is not for you, this is for me!”

Another item that earns itself a hearty ‘Sleigh’ is  Kiehl’s Tumeric and Cranberry Seed Energising Radiance Masque

“So this, you put a little bit on, rub it into the skin, and that feels beautiful. This is a good gift. This is a ‘Sleigh!’ declares Jonny.
