Here’s how the Heated Rivalry boys dressed up for Oscars night
Our favourite hockey hunks traded their jerseys for black tie at Hollywood’s biggest night
The 98th Academy Awards delivered plenty of show stopping menswear moments last night, but for fans of Heated Rivalry, all eyes were on their favourite hockey hunks.
While Hudson Williams flew solo to the ceremony, the reunion fans were hoping for came later in the evening. At the star-studded Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Connor Storrie and François Arnaud joined him, giving fans the stylish mini reunion they’d been waiting for.
Hudson Williams

Making his Academy Awards red-carpet debut, Hudson Williams opted for all-black. Dapper in sharp Balenciaga tailoring (a fitting choice following his starring role in creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli’s latest campaign) the actor embraced sleek sophistication. He completed the look with standout Bvlgari pieces, including the brand’s iconic Serpenti jewels. A sparkling snake brooch and a coiled wristwatch punctuated his polished ensemble.
Williams went sleeveless and semi-sheer for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Still in Balenciaga, the Canadian actor channeled neo-classical elegance: flowing draped panels hinted at Roman sculpture, but the sharp tailoring and contemporary cut made it entirely evening-wear appropriate.
Connor Storrie

Storrie may have skipped the ceremony, but the Heated Rivalry heartthrob certainly didn’t disappoint when he showed up and showed out at the after party. In the ultimate bit of fan service, the actor donned a sheer turtleneck that left little to the imagination. Courtesy of Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello, Storrie completed the look with a chain necklace and a dramatic fur stole. After all, how else would he keep warm?
François Arnaud

Also choosing Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello, François Arnaud brought a contemporary approach to black tie. The Canadian actor skipped the jacket in favour of a shirt with built-in tails, letting the tailored detail speak for itself. Slicked-back hair and a debonair pussy-bow completed the look, balancing classic details with a modern sensibility.
