Watch | Filmmaker asks gay men to ‘Gay it Forward’

By Troy Nankervis

A Los Angeles filmmaker has asked gay men across West Hollywood what advice they would offer to the younger generation of gay men before them.

The premise of Gay It Forward is simple in its message, asking gay men in the Los Angeles region area to interpret the question in any way they like, with themes of coming out, listening to your guy instincts, and putting away your smart phone from time to time some common threads.

Produced by filmmaker Anthony Gilét for Cocktails & Cocktalk, he says he made the video to “to show love, support and positivity to the younger generation.’

We think it’s a pretty great little clip, as do fans of the video across Youtube.

“Very informative not only for gay men but also for the young regardless of their sexual orientation,” writes one viewer.

“Thanks for this. I needed some life advice. Going thought a tough time right now but this made me feel better,” said another.
