affection  – Tuesday, 13th-Saturday 24th September

out affection

Outbox Theatre teams up with The Glory  to bring you affection, a brand-new devised show about bodies, intimacy and HIV. This is 2016: More gay men than ever are contracting HIV, confusion surrounds what it is to be positive and undetectable, the government are denying medicine to the most vulnerable and at-risk. Based on real-life stories, affection is not a victim piece. It is raw, funny and honest. Because it’s about time that we had another conversation about HIV.

Bang Fashion Week Friday – 16th September
The hot and sweaty club night (a firm East London favourite since 2014) is back and this time celebrates fashion week. For some people fashion is a statement for some it’s art, it’s a way of life to express yourself and let the creativity run wild. You can expect some over the top yet stylish looking haute couture and some cutting edge, avant-garde design mixing with sporty chic.

Naked Boys Reading: 4th Birthday – Thursday 29th September

out nake

As Naked Boys Reading enters their fifth year of bringing you literary magic with a hint of academic nonsense and lots of cock, the mistress of gothic hi-fashion, Queen of Spuds, Jacqui Potato, will usher them into a new era of NBR. Jacqui Potato brings her sardonic wit. as the birthday curator. She will be curating a genital-stunning set of readings that will take NBR to death’s door, the limit of social acceptability, and hours spent in a lead-female-vocalist k-hole. Oh, and don’t miss the official after party at Clam Jam@Ace Hotel

Tickets for all these events are available on our OutSavvy App or on our website events section.
