Manchester United could introduce gender-neutral toilets to Old Trafford stadium
According head of security Jim Liggett, it is something the club are investigating

Manchester United could become the first ever Premier League football club to introduce gender-neutral toilets.
Following a meeting in September, the club – whose Old Trafford stadium can seat 75,000 fans – are reportedly investigating the idea of opening transgender-friendly facilities.
According to the minutes, a fan asked whether United could install gender-neutral toilets, to which head of security Jim Liggett revealed it is something they are looking at introducing.
He said: “It’s something we are looking at as we are keen to ensure that Old Trafford continues to be welcoming and inclusive to all supporters; I will keep you posted regarding progress.
“Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion is important in everything that we do and we’re constantly working with key stakeholders, including Stonewall, on such topics.”
