Lawsuit against all gays thrown out by judge

By Josh Haggis

A lawsuit that was filed against all gays has been thrown out by a US judge.

Earlier this week, Religious fanatic Sylvia Driskell, 66, asked a federal judge to rule whether homosexuality should be considered a sin. She submitted a handwritten lawsuit, which you can check out in full here.

“Homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet(?),” she wrote.

However, Judge John Gerrard has now thrown Driskell’s lawsuit out, arguing that there was no factual or legal basis present for a claim.

“The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States,” Judge Gerrard said. “A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters.”

How disappointing. We’d just picked out outfits out and everything.
