Fawaz, who still lives in the Club Tropicana singer’s north London home, started dating the former Wham! frontman in 2011 and continued to until his death in 2016.

However, this week Fawaz took to Twitter to reveal he was planning to sell “stuff” that once belonged to the singer after it was reported he in a poisonous war over Michael’s £105 million fortune.

But now the hairdresser has posted on Instagram that his social media account was actually hacked and it wasn’t him who posted the tweets.

In a length post on his Instagram Story, he said: “I am getting lots of msgs asking if it was really me.

“No it was not me of course. This week I had to stop my 2 tel numbers my facebook and being trying to shut down twitter

“But I have no control of it. Lots of strange things happening. Can’t be explained

“I’m getting looked at and investigated but in the mean time, can we please ignore my tweeter till I sort it.

“What s being said on twitter is madness none of it is true. It all goes back to the beginning.

“Someone out there looking to harm me so many things are happening to me daily that needs to stop somehow.

“It’s all too unfortunate and unkind. Sorry for the headache but I know I will be ok. Fadi [sic]”

He then went on to post that it is “all a set up and none of it is real.”

In his series of tweets, he also revealed that he would be willing to sell any story about the late singer to the press.
