As president of the Rainbow Sky Association of Thailand, Kittinan Daramadhaj has become the legal architect of a revolution. A prominent lawyer, he has been a key figure in Thailand’s marriage-equality movement. By bridging the gap between grassroots activism and high-level policy, Daramadhaj has helped secure a legal future for millions, cementing his status as one of Southeast Asia’s most consequential human-rights defenders.

Olivia Campbell-Cavendish

A true pioneer, Campbell-Cavendish made history as Britain’s first Black trans lawyer. Recognising the systemic hurdles faced by her community, she founded the Trans Legal Clinic to provide advocacy and free legal support. Specialising in family and human-rights law, she challenges the legal system to better protect those living at the margins of society. She also leads the UK’s first trans-led strategic litigation team, recently helping to launch a landmark European Court of Human Rights challenge to ensure trans voices are never excluded from the legal decisions that define their lives.

He is responsible for crafting the investment narrative and navigating global market shifts for the world’s largest asset manager, frequently providing analysis on Bloomberg and CNBC. Beyond his market insights, Chedid is a fierce advocate for intersectional representation, serving as a senior leader within BlackRock’s OUT & Allied Network. By bridging the gap between high-level portfolio strategy and grassroots advocacy, he demonstrates that unapologetic queer leadership is a strategic asset.

Managing more than $200 billion in assets, Grew is a titan of global trading whose influence dictates market liquidity and investment innovation. As an out lesbian and qualified barrister, she has become a global voice for “cultural diversity”, famously arguing that the financial sector loses its competitive edge when professionals feel forced to “edit” their identities. Her leadership is rewriting the blueprint for executive excellence in the 21st century.
