Picture special | The best of Chris Mears and Jack Laugher’s time in Brazil

Diving partners, housemates and all-round gay favourites Cjris Mears and Jack Laugher might not be headed to Rio for the Olympics until July, but we got an early taster of what the sight of the boys in the Brazilian sunshine will look like at the World Diving Cup last month.
The British pair had been on course to top the podium in the 3m synchro event until a disappointing final-round dive that saw them fall to fourth overall. But as we always say, it’s the taking part that counts, and thankfully the boys documented every aspect of the action on Instagram. Check it out below…
