Today (September 23) marks Bi Visibility Day!

After reports that around 1 in 5 bisexual people (21 per cent) reported they had been sexually assaulted at work, according to new results from TUC, it’s ever more important to show solidarity to the bisexual community.

To celebrate all things bisexual, we have compiled a list of celebrities who have come out as bisexual in 2019.

Ryan Russell

“My truth is that I’m a talented football player, a damn good writer, a loving son, an overbearing brother, a caring friend, a loyal lover, and a bisexual man.”

The NFL star came out as bisexual earlier this year and posted an image to Instagram showing off his boyfriend.

Joshua Rush

“Instead of feeling the courage to tell you today that I am an out and proud bisexual man because of the character I played for four years, I feel that courage thinking of all of you, who felt emboldened by Cyrus to come out.”

Star of the short-lived Andi Mack series came out after his character became the first ever Disney character to utter the words: “I’m gay.”

Tyler Blackburn

“I’m queer. I’ve identified as bisexual since [I was] a teenager.”

The American actor, who played Caleb Rivers across seven seasons of the hit ABC Famly teen drama Pretty Little Liars, publicly opened up about his sexuality after finding the courage to fully embrace his sexuality.

Willow Smith

“Personally, male and female, that’s all I need.”

The daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith came out during an interview with her mother where she revealed she would love to be in a throuple.

Dolly Rose-Campbell

“The love and acceptance shown by the people of Manchester allowed me to accept my bisexuality and be proud of who I am.”

The Coronation Street opened up about her sexuality during an interview with the Daily Star after discussing the acceptance she had while visiting Pride events each year.

Woody Cook

“I am bisexual. It’s something I’ve known for three years. I always felt, growing up, that I had all these thoughts and I just shook it off.”

The model – who is the son of DJ Fatboy Slim and Zoe Ball – came out in an interview with Boys and Girls magazine where he revealed his mother was ‘confused’ when he first told her.

Lilly Singh

“Female. Coloured. Bisexual.”

The YouTuber tweeted her sexual orientation and in doing so she became the first late-night host to ever identify as bisexual.

Iain Lee

“I came out as bisexual and now I’ve said it on TV so it must be real.”

The radio presenter and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here star opened up about his sexuality and said the responses has been brilliant.

Megan Barton-Hanson

“There’s a lot of people who fear they can’t come out – but the more it’s spoken about the more it becomes less of a thing.”

The Love Island star came out after her time on the island – and after her relationship with Wes Nelson ended – and she went on to explore her sexuality on Celebs Go Dating.

Stormy Daniels

The porn star, who claimed to have had an affair with Donald Trump – ew – came out on Twitter during a heated argument.
