Henry Moodie confirms new single ahead of second album (EXCLUSIVE)
Just one month after releasing Mood Swings, Moodie revealed to Attitude he was already back in the studio

Following the success of his debut album Mood Swings, Henry Moodie is well underway scoring music for his second album.
After taking a trip to Thailand in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) new campaign ‘Healing Journey Thailand’, Moodie revealed exclusively to Attitude that the trip had helped inspire a new single.
The ‘Drunk Text’ singer said: “I loved the generous, friendly people and also just how beautiful the scenery was – sometimes it felt like I was on a different planet.”

He compared the Asian country to something out of the acclaimed Disney film Avatar. “Me and my mum talked about it ever since – we want to go back for that kind of chilled vibe,” he said.
Moodie has performed on several occasions in Thailand, most notably in August 2024 and in 2026, visiting the likes of Krabi and Trang as part of the ‘Healing Journey Thailand’ campaign.
“I think being relaxed puts me in a good creative space. For example, when I’m on tour it’s very stressful and I can’t ever really seem to write a song – I have to be in a certain headspace to write,” he said. “So being on that trip was like the perfect headspace.”

He explained that the trip allowed his creative juices to flow, being beneficial both mentally and professionally.
He said: “I actually did end up writing a song. It’s unreleased, but it will be on the second album. I started it when we were on a remote island during the trip and then I brought it into LA at the start of the year to finish it.”

In November 2025, Moodie revealed to Attitude that he was already in the studio recording new music, just one month after releasing Mood Swings in October.
