Will Young has announced an eighth album is on the way
The 'Pop Idol' winner revealed the news on his Twitter feed

Will Young has revealed he is set to return to the music industry with his eighth studio album.
The Pop Idol winner hasn’t released any new music since his sixth album ‘85% Proof’ back in 2015 but he has always remained in the spotlight whether that be through Strictly Come Dancing or on the West End.
Last year, Young – who has been vocal with his suffering of mental health issues – reportedly signed on to take part in a dry stone walling course in a bid to combat his stress and anxiety and said he was taking a ‘elongated’ break from music.
However, now it appears the singer is making his return to music and posted a naked image on Twitter with the caption: “Here we go . Album 8……”

Not much is known about the new album but we will have to wait and see!
