Westlife’s Mark Feehily and his fiancé Cailean O’Neill have announced the birth of their child Layla.
Back in May this year, the singer announced he was expecting his first child with his fiancé by posting a picture on Instagram celebrating his birthday.
Now, posting on social media, the ‘Mandy’ singer has revealed his child has been born.
Captioning an image of the couple walking through a hospital ward, Mark wrote: “Baby Layla born safe & sound @ 7.27pm on October 1st 2019! We’re the happiest Dads in the world! ❤️👶🏻🇮🇪🌈 😘 x”

Mark and Cailean announced their engagement in February this year after five years of dating, and are expected to tie the knot later this year.
Despite Markus’s global success as part of Westlife, who reformed last years and are set to release 11th studio album Spectrum this November, Cailean has kept mainly out of the public eye during the course of the pair’s relationship.
